I would most definitely change where I get my meat from, not only because they are now unreliable, but also because if the customers that no longer trust you hear that you have taken the proper actions and switched where you purchase your meat, they will more than likely return again. I would also make the switch because I would be extremely upset if the place where my meat was purchased released a strand of E. Coli and cost me a ridiculous amount of business and given me a bad name or reputation, I would no longer want to be in business with such a company, knowing that they had already nearly put my business in the ground once before.
