Fast Food Nation: Chapter 3
The Fast food Industries should not discriminate against any type of person working for them and serving you food. Unless the person poses a threat to the company/customer because of psychological reasons and etc. Such as in the case of people who were hired, became dissatisfied then sought revenge and killed people at these restaurants. Unless the person is a threat to society, they should be entitled to the job if they are qualified. But in regards to the second part of the question people do like to have people like them serving themselves food because they feel more at ease and unfortunately many people do discriminate so i believe that the fast food industry does take this in account and tries to hire people that will be socially acceptable. Even though this ideology seems so wrong.

I agree that everyone should have the opportunity to become employed by the fast food industry, but protective measures should be implemented so other workers feel comfortable in the working environment. I agree that the fast food industry tries to hire those who appeal to the masses, instead of one specific group in particular.
