If i was a restaurant manager and some kind of bacteria such as ecoli caused sickness or food poisoning. I would first reimburse the customers that had purchased items containing the contaminated meat within a certain time period of the outbreak. In order to regain the trust of the consumers, i would change the company i purchased the meat from, and have testing done on samples of the meat coming into the restaurants to guarantee the customers safe meat.
