Fast Food Nation Ch 1

Every business's main objective is profit. The Founders of the fast food industry were motivated both by greed AND a desire to change the way Americans eat. By creating a fast, easy, and cheap source of food, fast food businessmen could play on the American tendency to take the path of least resistance and be able to make a considerable amount of money.
