Fast food nation- ch. 1

The founders of the fast food industry were always looking for improvement and i think that in a way it was greed because they always wanted to be held responsible for the next best thing. I think that they continued to look ahead and into the future to try to make things faster and more efficient, making them more money but leaving them to not have to pay as many employees. It is clear that they were all trying to make the shift from traditional restaurants to more futuristic ones that get you in and out quickly. I think it was a combination of greed and also motivation to keep moving forward.

  1. I like how you combined greed and the desire to improve, it seems like a very good idea. I agree with the fact that by moving towards this faster style of resteraunt they managed to make more money which made them want more creating greed
