Chapter 7 Fast Food Nation
I think that the IBP revolution affected the meat packing industry the most by “cheating” at their “game” of selling, producing, and shipping meat. By purposefully lying about prices, specific cuts of meat, and where the meat actually came from, there becomes tension between consumers, farmers, and those with the meatpacking industry. I think another way the meat packing industry cheated was by allowing illegal immigrants take the place of hardworking, legal citizens in the slaughterhouses. Americans cannot help but feel confused about what the meat packing industry is attempting to sell and to whom.

It seems like the meat packing industry is covered up by the booming organization of fast food restaurants, and without that cover the "cheating" that your talking about would be more open for the public to see.
